Round trip on biogas Energy in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar

The Mobile Team in Madagascar led by the Green Specialist, Ms. Razafimizanilala Andree Ann Marie, is currently conducting their fourth awareness campaign on biogas energy at Centre de Formation au Travail de Don Bosco, Fianarantsoa.

The campaign is expected to take four weeks and will take place in all the Don Bosco TVET centers in Madagascar (MDG). To mitigate climate change in the region, where residents have been depleting forest cover by cutting down trees for firewood, the team is creating awareness of the significance of biogas as a renewable and clean source of energy.

This awareness campaign is one of the Don Bosco Tech Africa’s Green TVET project activities funded by BMZ and implemented by the Salesians’s Planning and Development Office (PDO) in Madagascar.
