From 8th to 12th April 2019, eleven Job Service Officers from 8 Salesian Provinces specifically from 10 countries of Africa and Madagascar attended training on quantitative data analysis.
This training was organized by Don Bosco Tech Africa and facilitated by Dr. Alice Lakati and Mr. Moses Mwangi from AMREF International University. This training concludes a set of trainings (Market survey preparatory training held in Maputo and Kigali, Test run workshop, CAPI training, qualitative and quantitative data analysis). All these trainings were organized in line with the labour Market Survey that was carried out in 28 countries in Africa and Madagascar.
The aim of the quantitative training was to equip the Job Service Officers with knowledge, competences and skills that will enable them continue conducting market surveys in their respective countries as well as to assist them to guide the young people choose their career path.
