DBTA Staff Development Training

Knowledge management is a key component in providing quality service to the people we work with. Don Bosco Tech Africa (DBTA) team had a one-week training from 6^th to 9^th December 2021. The training was on Knowledge Management for the 21^st Century and was facilitated by Dr. Sahaya Selvam and Mr. Ngure Githinji.

During the four days, DBTA team was equipped with various skills under the thematic areas of Development of Projects, Training & Research Components of Projects, Reporting and Communication and Harnessing Learning. The training aimed to equip the team with skills and knowledge to ensure quality delivery of services towards achieving quality of life and employability of young people in Africa and Madagascar.
