Benchmarking at Bosco Children TVET Institute, Ethiopia

On January 31, 2024, a delegation from Ghana’s Civil Service Training Center paid a benchmarking visit to the Don Bosco Catholic TVET Institute – Bosco Children in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The purpose of their visit was to learn about the KAIZEN Philosophy that Bosco Children TVET Centre is implementing at the institution. This philosophy has resulted in progressive changes at the institute, increasing efficiency and productivity while minimising costs and time. This visit was recommended by the Ethiopian Kaizen Institute.
