Call for Proposals: Midterm Evaluation Consultant

Don Bosco Tech Africa (DBTA) is inviting technical and financial proposals from qualified consultancy firms or independent evaluators to conduct a Midterm Evaluation for the second phase of our regional program: “Increased opportunities for decent work and improved living standards for young people in sub-Saharan Africa by improving the quality and relevance of vocational training programs.”

Objective & Scope

The main objective of this assignment is to assess the progress, relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the program’s Phase 2 interventions across sub-Saharan Africa. The evaluation will provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize project implementation moving forward.

Submission Guidelines

Interested consultancy firms must submit their application electronically according to the following criteria:

• Format: One single, consolidated PDF document containing both the technical and financial proposals.
• Submission Emails: Send directly to application@dbtechafrica.org, with a mandatory copy (CC) to s.moehlendick@don-bosco-mondo.de.
• Email Subject Line: DBTA-GP-II-May-2026-MTE.
• Deadline: All submissions must be received no later than June 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM Nairobi time. Late applications will be automatically disqualified.
