Strengthening Partnerships For Youth Empowerment In Africa

Strengthening Partnerships for Youth Empowerment in Africa

On 19th August 2025, Don Bosco Tech Africa and Young Africa signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a new chapter in our shared commitment to empowering youth across the continent.

For years, Young Africa and Don Bosco have collaborated to provide skills training for young people in Angola and Nigeria. This MOU solidifies our partnership and expands opportunities across Africa.

Through this agreement, Young Africa and Don Bosco Tech Africa will:

  • Share knowledge, experience, and best practices in vocational training.
  • Exchange models that enhance the capacity of our institutions.
  • Collaborate to equip even more young Africans with market-relevant skills, life skills, and entrepreneurship training.

Young Africa currently operates in Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Angola, Namibia, and Nigeria, with South Africa as the latest addition. This broad footprint ensures that the lessons from our collaboration reach young people across diverse contexts, building resilient communities and creating pathways to sustainable livelihoods.

Together, we are building bridges of opportunity that will empower Africa’s young people to shape a future filled with dignity, hope, and possibilities.
