Mr. Georg Strunden and Mr. Guido Reuter Visit to DBTA
On March 15, 2023, Mr. Georg Strunden from Engagement Global – Service für Entwicklungsinitiativen (Service for Development Initiatives) and Mr. Guido Reuter from Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) Germany paid a courtesy visit to Don Bosco Tech Africa Office, Nairobi. The purpose of the visit was for them to learn how the implementation of the Global Programme by Don Bosco Tech Africa has been.
During the visit they had a meeting with DBTA management team where the Director Fr. George TJ gave a presentation about DBTA, its mission and plans for the future. Later they met with DBTA Global Programme team where the Program Manager Br. John Njuguna together with the project officers presented the interventions being implemented under the Global Programme, the achievements and challenges faced during implementation. He also presented an overview of how Global Programme II will look like.
Mr. Strunden and Mr. Guido were impressed by the work Don Bosco Tech Africa is doing to improve the quality of life of young people in Africa and congratulated DBTA for a job well done.
