DBTA ANNUAL BOARD MEETING 2021

Don Bosco Tech Africa board held its annual board meeting on 2nd and 3rd of August 2021. The meeting which was chaired by the board chairman Fr. Simon Asira the Provincial superior of AFE province had a number of agenda to tackle. 

Fr. George TJ, DBTA executive director presented a report of activities for the last one year and also presented the current and future projects, their budgets and approval of the same.

Other matters looked into were the job descriptions of the Youth Ministry Delegate (YMD), Province TVET Coordinator (P-TVET) and the Job Service Officer (JSO) in relation to Don Bosco Tech Africa, the implementation of Quality Management Systems, implementation of DBTA’s theory of change and office sustainability.

Those present for the meeting were the Regional Councillor for Africa-Madagascar: Fr OWOUDOU Alphonse, Provincial Superior AFE: Fr. Simon Asira, Fr. George TJ, Fr. Fredrick Swai, Fr. Emmanuel Kanuma and Fr. Alfiado Mabui. 

Fr. Frank Ametepe, Fr. Innocent Bizimana and Fr. Eric Mairura were absent with apologies.
