On 12 October, 2026, the Don Bosco Tech Africa team came together in thanksgiving to appreciate Fr. Maximus Okoro for his leadership, dedication and service over the past three years as Director of Don Bosco Tech Africa.
The team acknowledged his commitment to the mission of empowering young people across Africa, his determination, and his respectful and inclusive leadership. They appreciated his ability to make every team member feel valued and his efforts to strengthen DBTA’s mission and visibility beyond Africa.
In his remarks, Fr. Maximus thanked the team for their professionalism, commitment, teamwork and support throughout his tenure. He also assured them of his continued support as he transitions to his new role.
DBTA is grateful for Fr. Maximus’s contribution to the organization and wishes him God’s grace and success as he takes up his new position as President of Fondazione DON BOSCO NEL MONDO.
